Meet the Founder

David Raley has been in the property management field since 1999. He has earned leadership roles in the field with regional, national, and international real estate firms. In these, the assets and portfolios of which he led were award-winning, which have been honored regionally within the Mid-Atlantic, nationally, and internationally. In total, David has managed over 7,300 homes and 2.1 million square feet of retail space throughout his career, which includes a lease-up of multiple multifamily or mixed-use communities, each holding a market value between $350 - $860 million.

As a former associate of decorated companies such as Bozzuto Management Company and Greystar, David has been honored to leave his thumbprint on many new developments with institutional clients. These developments will stand the test of time, leaving a legacy for those who brought their vision to reality. 3Horizons was created in pursuit of a vision to provide a home for individuals where they can thrive and become their best selves, leaving a legacy of fulfillment.
